Your booking request details

When you submit a request, London Taxi Connect stores your name, contact details, journey addresses, London dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, and optional flight, return and practical requirements. We use these details to review and manage your request, contact you and keep an operator record.

Requests are stored in a private Cloudflare database and an alert is sent through Cloudflare Email Service to our verified operator Gmail inbox. Cloudflare also processes website traffic and temporary salted IP hashes are used to limit abuse. We do not sell your request details or take payment through this form.

Your browser keeps unfinished form details in memory while the page is open; this form does not put them in local storage. Avoid adding payment details, identity documents or sensitive medical information. Tell us only the practical assistance you need.

Only the authorised operator can access the booking panel. Requests and their update history are kept while needed to manage journeys and related enquiries; contact us to ask about your information, correction or deletion. Retention is managed by the operator; contact us to discuss how long a particular request is needed. Backup copies may remain temporarily with our service providers.

Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. The operator must agree the fare, vehicle, availability and collection arrangements.
